  • For Daily Cleaning: Apply a small amount to a soft toothbrush or your fingertip and gently massage onto your teeth and gums for 2–3 minutes before rinsing.
  • For Gum Infections/Pain: Take a small amount and apply it directly to the affected or swollen area. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the antiseptic oils to work before rinsing.
  • As a Healing Rinse: If recommended for post-surgery or inflammation, mix a small amount with lukewarm water and swish it around your mouth like a mouthwash.
  • Frequency: Use twice daily—once in the morning and once before bed—to maintain high calcium levels and prevent decay
